Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) Special Quota Scholarship Graduation 2016

Applications are invited on the prescribed form from the highly Needy and Talented
Students (Punjab Domicile) admitted during winter semester 2016-17 in Bachelor Level study program.

Eligibility

1. Students must fall in any one of the category
   1. Orphan Children
   2. Children of Govt. Servants in BPS 1-4
   3. Children belonging to Minority Religion
   4. Special Children (Disable)
2. Should have at least 60% marks in Intermediate Examination conducted by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE).
3. Not availing any other educational scholarship during the academic year 2015
4. Passed the aforementioned examination from: Government Institution Private Affiliated Institution as Private Candidate
5. Secured admission in regular educational Institution as a full time student in the current academic year 2016-17
6. Declared monthly income parents from all resources is Rs.15,000/-or less
   1. Children of Govt. employees of Grade 1-4 are exempted from income criteria, if salary is only source of income

Penalty for False Information

1. Cancellation of admission.
2. Rustication from the university.
3. Initiation of criminal proceedings.
4. Disqualification for award of any future loan/scholarship
5. Refund of all the payment received and or a penalty equal to total scholarship amount.

How to Apply

All the interested and needy students who aspire to apply for admission to the above
programs are encouraged to apply on prescribed forms available from the Photostat Shop or can be download from website “www.gcuf.edu.pk”

Application forms incomplete in any respect and not supported by the required documents and after due date will not be entertained.

The last date for the receipt of applications is December 17th, 2016

Documents to be Attached

1. Educational documents (Matric and Intermediate).
2. Income Certificate duly verified by the Ilaqa Tehsildar in case of Agriculture, Computerized salary slip in respect of serving personnel (Government/Semi-Government).(Phone no of issuing authority should also be mentioned on the certificate)
3. Domicile Certificate / National Identity Card of applicant, father and mother
4. In case of Orphan Student, Death Certificate of father must be attached.
5. Current Utility bills (Electricity, Gas, Telephone, Water)
6. Proof of previous scholarship(s) attained (if applicable)
7. Statement of purpose & three passport size Photographs
8. Any other supporting document required to substantiate the facts given in the application form.
