• All students who has have enrolled in PhD of all semesters are eligible
• Students having valid domicile/local certificate of following areas
• Those students already receipt of any Scholarship/Financial Assistance need not be apply
• Those students who admitted on self-finance or punished need not to apply
• The students who are not full time students are not eligible

All newly admitted students in Fall Semester 2015-16 can register themselves on the portal system. http://pmfrs.hec.gov.pk Validation is not required for newly admitted students.

Students already availed this scheme in Year 2013 and 2014 are requested to make validation online to the Higher Education Commission, Islamabad via portal system before 31st January, 2016.
